The best part about my compensation package is my Salary, Bonuses and Incentives (as applicable), Paid leaves and Medical benefits. All the facilities provided by company are highly appreciated.

I liked the way I was treated by my manager Ankit Arora, he is very Kind in nature, Also the senior person Smita made me cofortable in spekaing with him.

The honesty and accountability leadership here at Cogent is commendable. My leader Mr. Ankit Arora is always motivated to achieve assigned goals. The trust he has shown in me really means a lot.
