Srinivasan Veeraraghavachary — COO & Executive VP at Cognizant Technology Solutions

Mr. Srinivasan Veeraraghavachary has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation since August 2016. Mr. Veeraraghavachary served as Executive Vice President of products and resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation. He is responsible for managing Cognizant's operations, including responsibility for Cognizant's talent supply chain, utilization and ongoing operational excellence. In addition, he manages Cognizant's IT systems and infrastructure, including business continuity. During his 18 year tenure at Cognizant, he has played a key role in driving strong and sustainable growth by leveraging Cognizant's deep relationship with customers combined with sound business practices. He joined Cognizant in 1998. Prior to his current role, he served as Executive Vice President of Cognizant's Product and Resources Business Unit, comprising Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities and Hospitality Practices for North America and the United Kingdom. Previously, he played key leadership roles in Cognizant's Financial Services Business Unit and the Central Region. In these roles, he was responsible for winning and managing several strategic client relationships that have helped Cognizant attain a leadership position in the industry. Mr. Veeraraghavachary obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (formerly the Regional Engineering College) in Trichy and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
