Women and LGBTQ+
We host frequent outings for the LGBTQ+ community and women of Cogo. Womxn’s Dinner and Spectra serve as an effective way to foster a culture of empowerment, and an environment where employees can come together to connect about work, tech, and anything else that interests them. These events usually involve an activity, like volunteering, a self-defense class, or even Paint Nite, and always include dinner. Sushi and social awareness? Sign us up! We are also proud to partner with amazing organizations like She+ Geeks Out, WomenHack, and the Boston Women Workforce Council. Whether it’s hosting meet-ups or attending networking events, we’re excited to work with these incredible groups.
