What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership exemplifies transparency and uses our mission to guide every decision and initiative. I have never worked at a company with a more open and approachable leadership team
The leadership team at Cogo is incredibly transparent and engaging. There are not many other companies that I can think of where you can walk into your CEO's office at any time, and have a personal relationship with them. The fact that all employees know whats going on at all times is wonderful.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is competitive and good work is rewarded very generously

What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never worked with a more supportive and action driven team
My team is so understanding and collaborative. Everyone is friendly towards one another is able to help out even if what there doing doesn't fall to their job description. We have a great time together inside and outside the workplace.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is happy and excited to be here. I don't interact with anybody who has a consistent negative attitude about their work and our culture is very relaxed, casual, and supportive so it makes coming to work easy
Everyone is so nice and here to help. I feel comfortable asking anyone here anything. We have great perks like catered lunch on Fridays, and Women's Dinners once a month.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actually listen to everyone without always shrugging off any different idea as something that needs to be squashed ("aligned")
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with not only hiring managers, but members of my team, and tangental teams I would be working with. This allowed me to get a full picture of what it would be like to work at Cogo
I got to meet many members of the team including the CEO.

The agency that I have in my role
The company culture, the team and my job as a whole. It is fun to go into work every day and refreshing to not hate what you are doing.
