What do you like best about the leadership team?
A lot of this information is extremely outdated. I think our leadership team is very strong and transparent

Culture eats strategy. As long as you have most of the executive team you do, your culture and strategy are bleak.

Pretty good base salary & bonus

Senior leaders lead by dictatorship and fear
This company expects you to be able to review a multitude of cases straight out of orientation. Making changes every other week but want you to be able to catch on quick.

I LOVE MY TEAM. AUTHENTIC, KIND, HARDWORKING, CARING

Wonderful recruiting team, followed up frequently, gave me tons of information

Everyone needs to be on one accord and ensure information gets delivered to the appropiate party.

My coworkers for sure and the impact i make

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Onboarding process. People need to be on one accord and ensure the correct information is conveyed. Cited for an unexcused absence that was SUPPOSED to be cleared prior to starting, or so I was told
