Just being in the environment.
Knowing that the work we are doing is driven by our mission to create an open financial system for the world which I believe we will achieve and have a huge impact on those most in need.
Working on problems that no one has ever successfully solved for -- creating an open financial system that can lift billions of people out of poverty worldwide. That and the people here -- they're all exceptionally bright & charismatic. It's awesome.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HR regularly making news about stupid policy like not being able to talk about politics or rating each other. Product is a mess. and crypto is tainted.
