Flexible work environment is in place but with some parameters to define it. In effect, they make it possible for you to handle home things.

The products team, and how they take care of our customers and employees. Priority is important than money.
Realistic goals, leadership with a clearer vision and empathy, not someone who acts like a dictator and threatens to fire someone for not addressing her every needs. Someone who respect boundaries.
