What makes you most happy at work?
Working on problems that no one has ever successfully solved for -- creating an open financial system that can lift billions of people out of poverty worldwide. That and the people here -- they're all exceptionally bright & charismatic. It's awesome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so much fun -- we're very focused on doing great work for Coinbase, but we're equally focused on enjoying each day we spend together. We laugh a LOT, and we're working on challenges that have never been worked on before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our values -- we live and breath them every day. In all that we do, it circles back to our mission of creating an open financial system for the world. Positive energy is a huge thing for us here -- and it's palpable!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
LOVE our leadership team -- 33% women & with diverse backgrounds. People come to Coinbase to earn their ‘MBA’ in crypto or start their crypto career -- we're attracting the most impressive group of technologists, investors and entrepreneurs working in tech and finance today. It's super exciting!
