Recharge week is a recruiting gimmick that doesn't apply on the accounting team. The CAO has no idea how to manage and has lost control of the department. People are leaving and she's covering the her mistake by offering more money for consultants and talent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The products team, and how they take care of our customers and employees. Priority is important than money.
Realistic goals, leadership with a clearer vision and empathy, not someone who acts like a dictator and threatens to fire someone for not addressing her every needs. Someone who respect boundaries.

HR regularly making news about stupid policy like not being able to talk about politics or rating each other. Product is a mess. and crypto is tainted.
