Working in crypto, some very passionate crypto forward people work at coinbase
We get the job done despite the incompetence from the top. Ambiguous direction, dysfunctional organizations and poor judgement calls by the CAO causing huge roadblocks for real growth and important progress and creating more overhead in cost and wasted productivity.
