What's the vibe like in the IT dept at Coinstar? How many hours are you working?
I work the standard 40 hours since I am an hourly employee. Some teams ebb and flow with projects so it isn't constant but it does depend on the team you are attached to.

Casual and Friendly.

The IT team leadership seems very receptive to ideas and input from other people. Good environment for bouncing ideas off of people and getting honest feedback.
