What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everyone needs to work on open communication. The lack of empathy for the workers is insane.
Cleaning blenders in between uses and washing their hands after going potty or taking the trash out and digging through it especially my manager

Everything. This whole management team is clueless when it comes to properly operating this franchise. I wish that corporate would step in when franchises get to this point because it looks very hopeless as an employee.

They should try and compensate over used staff
more benefits for working there, like I work there for 5 hours and all I get is a free like it, like bro

There are no benefits offered for full time employment, no bonuses and I have never received any sort of raise from minimum wage in 2 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very Hard working set of people
They are all super nice

The management complained to their employees a lot.
Everything feels wrong about this franchise of Cold Stone Creamery. I have been to other stores where operations seem to flow effortlessly, and I know that is due to effective and efficient management.
The management is way too controlling.
