There are no benefits offered for full time employment, no bonuses and I have never received any sort of raise from minimum wage in 2 years.

Everything feels wrong about this franchise of Cold Stone Creamery. I have been to other stores where operations seem to flow effortlessly, and I know that is due to effective and efficient management.
