Admin seeing the value and humanity of the employee and being receptive to the needs of the employee.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with the employees, increase pay for employees who are performing well, do morale-boosting activities to show appreciation for employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyday regardless of the weather we work hard to make this company millions of dollars only to watch low performing employees and admin benefit.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Mostly just do the job to the best of your ability and work as a team. No one is more important than the other.
