Because we offer a wide range of internship opportunities across job categories and geographies, it is not uncommon to meet a Colgate employee who started his or her career as a student.

Our internships provide students with the opportunity to do “real work” alongside our talented full-time employees, and to gain first-hand experience with a leading global consumer products company. Many of our internships also provide broad exposure to the organization through formal orientation meetings or informal sessions with mentors and senior leaders, as well as a variety of development opportunities through training.
