Even initiatives that bare no cot to the company, they refuse to allow to employees. Like flex work schedule. Leadership is obsessed with working in office three days per week.
People in the plant work long hours for fraction of CEO's total compensation. During Covid, CEO bragged about spending time with his son playing tennis at home, while his employees received no days off and forced to work under covid policy with the threat of termination.
They dont count years of experience before a completed bachelors degree and put too much emphasis on masters degrees
The company has no work life balance at all- management is in meetings from 7am- 7 pm
