Not working in latest technology. Trainings on new technology can be conducted
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly hike is good but i feel the package is not up to the industry standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Technically my team involves in building key feature of Teamforge. Team members and Manager can be approached easily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in the concept of responsibility comes only with freedom and there is no senior junior hierarchy, ideas are being welcomed.
