What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Job satisfaction, collaboration, and work performance.
Work Life balance and flexible timings. In CollabNet, we take the responsibility of our work and complete it without affecting our personal life. Company gives us the freedom to excel in both. The freedom that we get is a big plus and the employees don't exploit it as well.
