Collibra's work environment is toxic across all departments. There may be some teams where people are happy but I've never encountered one.
Impacted by a major round of layoffs in November. The company does not have an obvious path to profitability. The people make the job worthwhile, even as senior management struggles to right the ship. Good benefits, etc.
