Ivo Celi — Vice President of EMEA at Columbus McKinnon Corporation

Dr. Ivo Celi has been Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Columbus McKinnon Corporation since July 25, 2011. Dr. Celi served as Managing Director of EMEA at Columbus McKinnon Corporation since April 1, 2010 until July 25, 2011. Dr. Celi served with Hilti AG, one of the world's leading manufacturers of power tools for the professional construction and building maintenance markets, for the last 13 years, progressing through positions of increasing responsibility, as Senior Vice President of Business Unit Diamond Systems. In his various roles, he had responsibility for significantly growing businesses both organically and through acquisitions. His experience includes roles in strategy development, sales and marketing, product portfolio management, customer-oriented product development, procurement, production and logistics. Dr. Celi graduated from Rheinisch-Westfalische Technische Hochschule RWTH in Aachen Germany with a degree in Mechanical Engineering studies and a specialization in production technologies. He also received a doctorate with distinction from Fraunhofer-Institut for Production Technology IPT, also in Aachen, Germany.
