- Your company's been billing me the last two months from mobile service that I do not have. I've tried several times to talk to somebody in your customer service and I'm getting nowhere. This month your company took $84 out of my account for absolutely nothing. I do not have an account with comcast.
- Customer service, honesty. Get qualified English speaking people in the u s who can be understood and actually help with issues. Don’t continue charging for services at a higher rate which have been downgraded. Don’t try to cheat your custom
