What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pension, insurance is top notch

4 days paid vacation after 90 days, 3 weeks total paid after the first year, 2 weeks off paid for childbirth. Management gets 8 weeks paid for childbirth. 5% of previous years total pay as a bonus. Great insurance, covers everything 100%. Retirement, pension are some of the best available.
