What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Instead of trying to screw your workers, treat them like you want to be treated. Its nice you all share your sports tickets but cant even get donuts for employee appreciation day. What a joke
How to talk to their employees rather than use school yard insults
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension, insurance is top notch
4 days paid vacation after 90 days, 3 weeks total paid after the first year, 2 weeks off paid for childbirth. Management gets 8 weeks paid for childbirth. 5% of previous years total pay as a bonus. Great insurance, covers everything 100%. Retirement, pension are some of the best available.

Contractors are paid more then us while getting a pension and medical paid

Coworkers are the only positive to this place
Tough on you initially, but when you earn their respect they’ve got your back, they’ll bat for you to management or other crews, locations if you transfer.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone looks out for each other like family.

The workspace is good. The Company culture is not good. Noticed that they force you to retire at 55- no matter how many years you work for the company. Men and women are not treated the same.
