The executive team seems to care about the company and future of the company

401 K is great and vacation time off is great, healthcare is the best!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workspace is good. The Company culture is not good. Noticed that they force you to retire at 55- no matter how many years you work for the company. Men and women are not treated the same.
