Ms. Constance Ellen Skidmore, also known as Connie, CPA served as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over two decades until 2009. Ms. Skidmore During her tenure with PwC, Ms. Skidmore worked with a variety of public and privately held companies advising on accounting and tax strategies, global corporate structuring, due diligence projects, employee benefit plans, corporate mergers and acquisitions, stock options and syndications. She served as the primary tax advisor on numerous initial public offerings and other SEC filings. During her years as an advisor, she developed deep expertise in the technology, manufacturing and extractive industries. Prior to joining PwC, Ms. Skidmore was a tax specialist with the Internal Revenue Service. She served numerous clients in the construction industry. Ms. Skidmore has been a Director of Comfort Systems USA, Inc. since November 19, 2012. She serves as a Director of Cyrcadia Health, Inc. She has been Director of Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. since March 29, 2017. He served as Director of ShoreTel, Inc. from January 30, 2014 to September 25, 2017. She serves on the boards of several other privately-held and non-profit companies: Ivis Technologies, The V Foundation for Cancer Research, Viz Kinect and Mahoot, Inc. Ms. Skidmore served as a Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers and was involved in creating a strategic plan for the future of PricewaterhouseCoopers that addressed the trends, tipping points, global issues, technology implications and execution challenges facing PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has financial expertise, an understanding of the industry and strategic planning capabilities to the board. She is a seasoned financial expert. She completed the Directors College program at Stanford Law School. She holds a BS in psychology from Florida State University and a M.S. degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
