What is the best part about your compensation package?

No stock options, which is disappointing. Pay for me is competative, but I believe some of our field personnel are underpaid which means it attracts not a skilled personnel.

401k and wage could use cheaper insurance, but I think it's fair considering the economy.

The medical insurance they offer is horrible. The 401K is excellent

A positive attitude from most that have the goal yo improve how we work. Ive delt with people who dont care or dont want to comply with my department, CSUSA doesnt have that issue. They may not know the laws but they want to learn them.

hard to look forward to going in to work hard knowing some can show up late, take long lunches, leave early, still get paid 40 hours, has no repercussions, while you get hounded on for getting stuck in traffic while on delivery and taking to long.
