What did you like most about the interview process?I was recruited and introduced to the opco leadership. It was a great conversation on my strengths and weaknesses as well as the conpanies. I appreciated their honesty.
What makes you most happy at work?A positive attitude from most that have the goal yo improve how we work. Ive delt with people who dont care or dont want to comply with my department, CSUSA doesnt have that issue. They may not know the laws but they want to learn them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The president and two VPs started at the company at 18/19 years old. They make everyone feel heard and I never have hesitation about expressing my ideas, concerns, or questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Congruency. All flip flop on their individual stances and direction. Decrees from the top create a culture of fear and confusion and instability.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?scheduling, communication, policies and procedures, equal treatment of employees, safety in shops, osha compliance in shops, attendance policies, vehicle safety concerns
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?better equality of wages between field and shops. better vacation time
