Overall, glad to be here. But, no place is perfect!
In my time here Commerce has made a lot of changes and mostly for the better. In the last 6 months I have noticed a hard push for the sales, in a small branch it is hard to achieve their point standard that is the same across the board.
Dont get paid enough, sales goals are blanket and do not take location of branch into mind, benefits are nice, but the base rate for ALL retail employees is too low and they continue to move goal posts for promotions. Slow to move, retail is losing employees and havent changed anything to stop it.
All companies have opportunities to improve culture. Commerce embraces those opportunities and is always looking for ways to improve the employee experience. In the 5 years I have been employed with Commerce I have seen constant improvement and strengthened culture.
