What do you like best about the leadership team?
intuitive in every way and day
Flat leadership structure, self responsibility and ownership encouraged
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company share price reflect their efforts in attracting and retaining talent with proper reward culture. Unless that changes this will continue in slow decline to death
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility, sick days, and pensions support
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay doesnt reflect the delivery, there is a communist philosophy of everyone should be paid similar regardless of contributions. If you come in at low salary then you end up on the same salary for decade or longer
