Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living and pay need to be adjusted and based on the volume of patients per hospital needs to be adjusted not just across the board, a level one Trauma center should be on a doffrent scale than a hospital the has half the patients and the level of care is not the same
Compensation for work is fine, but the amount of work is ever increasing without any value added measures. They continue to add more and take away more.
100% employer paid healthcare. Adequate paid sick time, at least 4 days per year. Competitive pay. Not having to fight for approval to use PTO, more availability of part time positions. Benefitted part time positions. Guaranteed pension.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together very well and help eachother out!!
upper admin mutes the mics on meeting to avoid having to answer questions they don't want to answer
The team of nurses is awesome as are the docs, but the pressure to do more with less in order to save admin dollars is brining in a negative culture.
Team work is excellent and we care for each other.
We get along well together & have respect for each other.

What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing . Just working my 8 hrs because I need this job.
Seeing my coworkers and making a difference for patients.
Helping my patients to become healthier.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The patients dont get seen and are lined up in the hallways in the ER
