Leadership team is informed and committed.
Team is open to feedback
They seem to understand what I and my team do in the larger context of the institution, state, and region. They support us when we advocate for (evidence-based) changes.
Great place to work with a team that would help move you along.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Everyone needs to learn to be on the same page with issues.
Thinking about all of the employees as a whole, instead of just a few.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to fill out questionaires for people who dont know right from wrong
Great insurance products plus pension plan.
High quality health insurance options at a high but not obscene price.
Great vacation and leave package!
The best part is The retirement fund.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Union means good workers and poor workers receive the same raises.
I do a Iot more work than I am paid for, and there are few ways to go up in this job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we can sleep at night without worries of back-stabbing
True team mentality, everyone works together for the common goal.
Coworkers are mostly smart and hard working.
Committed professionals who work hard.
We are all focused on the shared goal of high quality education and beneficial student experience. Even when we have differences of opinion or style, that shared goal is kept in mind.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works towards achieving mission.
We have fun organizational outings. Great people!
There are so many diverse employees who all bring different strengths.
That they are understanding about time off. Family comes first
Most people want to work here and like what they do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
install a new electric chair
Better communication across company is needed.
More people need to work together
What did you like most about the interview process?
All three interviews were in person, I was able to observe the workplace settings on three different occassion.
Interviewers really got to understand my skills and how I would fit in at the office.
Learned a lot about culture of office.
Opportunity to meet variety of personnel on my large interview committee, and could ask questions in more conversational manner than expected. On-campus interview included a comprehensive tour.
It was a relaxed process

I don't get paid enough to do the work that I do, so its very underwhelming.
