Base Salary ( although doesnt go far in NYC as it should). The OTE comission strucure allowas me to grind and work hard and achieve double the base which im confdient i can do once i know the value of our products and get in a groove of fixing prospects problems on meetings.

The sales ramp up is long and I would have preferred an advance or some kind of comp to help in that ramp up time. I'm also uncertain our avg deal size is as it was advertised which will make it harder to reach my OTE.
