How does CompuGroup Medical US handle HR issues?

Asked to all employees at CompuGroup Medical US

• Poorly. During my time there the person in charge of HR, a woman who'd been with the company longer than just about any other employee, was pushed out of her job. The collection of HR reps left over fielded a torrent of complaints about the CEO and nothing was ever done about it. Complaints about overt religious policies (mandatory singing of religious holiday songs for instance) were met with zero action items. Just one of the many many reasons I quit working for CompuGroup
