The company needs to start being in the business of people rather than the business of acquisitions. The company needs to focus on culture, modern work policies, and a work/life balance.

Be more prepared. I was interviewed by 1 person who had a very flat affect. I was shocked I had the job he seemed so disinterested. Also, no communication on start date or where I'd be sitting, no work station set up. Red flags galore upon start.

The management team is here for the title. They don't often interact with the team they manager. Often times not keeping their teams up-to-date on comp changes, operational changes, or team structure changes. Communication is lacking. Favortism towards males.
