What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to consider their employees as humans rather than churn and burn robots cycling through a revolving door. Employee retention is not important. 21 people have left our team alone in less than 2 years. Improve culture, be more innovative, coach your employees, CARE.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company pay is not up to scale with the industry standard. The comp plan changes frequently.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to start being in the business of people rather than the business of acquisitions. The company needs to focus on culture, modern work policies, and a work/life balance.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more prepared. I was interviewed by 1 person who had a very flat affect. I was shocked I had the job he seemed so disinterested. Also, no communication on start date or where I'd be sitting, no work station set up. Red flags galore upon start.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management team is here for the title. They don't often interact with the team they manager. Often times not keeping their teams up-to-date on comp changes, operational changes, or team structure changes. Communication is lacking. Favortism towards males.
