I really value the culture of openness Confiz foster. They've built an environment where leaders are completely approachable and willing to discuss virtually anything with employees. Beyond simple updates, the CEO uses the monthly town hall to share deep, forward-looking insights.

I think the support and clarity from the recruitment team.
In interviews, many things are asked, mostly related to the core of the job, which is good.
