What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand that we are people with full lives outside of work and respect our needs as individuals
They were always so helpful. whenever i had a question, they wouldn’t hesitate to stop what they were

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are pretty good...a little expensive, but good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay could be better based on all the duties they need you to fulfill.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really friends and get along well
My team personally tries to help and do their job to the best of their ability.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot more apathy among PRAs than I would expect from first responders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recognition we get from management and the top execs
The lax environment. As long as we were meeting our quotas for the day, we could pretty much chill while we worked.
We have fun...very relaxed environment

The interviewers made the interview comfortable. very personable, laughs, while also being informative and representing the company well

What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to make a difference in people's lives while doing something that comes easily/naturally to me
When i have to work on a separate project away from my normal everyday work.
