What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Please listen to the CS team; compensate AND support them accordingly. Give your employees avenues to learn and grow, and the proper resources to do their job properly. Actually foster the "open communication" you claim and act when employees come to you with concerns.

I do enjoy the weekly pay! As well as the benefits included. Hoping the commission will get better in time as the company grows.

I'd likely say a combination of the health plan/HSA (full premium paid by connectRN/HSA contribution from company is great) as well as 401k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I began to feel undervalued once I learned how much other people doing similar work as me are making. I would feel better if my compensation was reevaluated in comparison to my teammates higher earnings.

I think late night/evening shifts should be paid a shift differential. I also think that PTO should be unlimited with parameters since we are working remote as well.
