I've been very happy since I started - overall, the company and it's employees have been incredible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Frequent all-hands meetings, addressing anonymous questions with grace and when possible, providing direct examples.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel "at home" at connectRN. That's not something I have been able to say for a while.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're incredibly welcoming and supportive. Also very approachable. There was no awkwardness when I started, and I can be awkward myself :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'd likely say a combination of the health plan/HSA (full premium paid by connectRN/HSA contribution from company is great) as well as 401k.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally, I would say it's the fact that everyone is very busy, but it's rare to see people frustrated - tons of smiles around the building and on virtual meetings
