communicating effectively, sticking to the stack and the plan. not trying to innovate for its sake.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
15% Bonus every year with stock options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are too low and not enough to sustain a fair lifestyle
What are some of the best things about your team?
The BU head was a good person with empathy for the team.

Less mircomanagemt and senior leadership taking more responsibility than being a doer rather than people manager.
