Mr. Jeremy S. G. Fowden, also known as Jerry, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cott Corporation since February 18, 2009. Mr. Fowden served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cott Holdings Inc. He served as the President of International at Cott Corporation from April 2008 to February 2009 and Interim President of North America from May 2008 to February 2009 and as Interim President of Cott's United Kingdom business unit from September 2007 to May 2008. He has a proven track record of success in turnaround situations over his 30 years of consumer packaged goods and beverage experience. He joined Cott in 2007 to lead Cott's UK business. He served as the Chief Executive of Trader Media Group Limited of Contact Advantage Limited from January 2005 to May 2007. In this role, he led the successful transition from a print-based media business to the most successful online classified media business in Europe. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Fowden served in a variety of roles with Anheuser-Busch InBev (Alternate Name, ABInBev S.A. Belgium (f/k/a InBev) including President of the European Zone, Western, Central and Eastern Europe from 2003 to 2004, Global Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2003 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for Western, Central and Eastern Europe. He joined Interbrew S.A. as Chief Executive Officer of Bass Brewers Ltd., a subsidiary of ABInBev in 2001 and served until 2002. He served as Managing Director of Holidays Division of Bass Brewers. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Fowden served as Managing Director of the Rank Group Plc's Hospitality and Holiday Division. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Bass Brewers from 1992 to 1996. He held senior executive positions within Mars Group, Pepsi Cola International, Hero, Bass PLC and Rank Group PLC. He has been a Director at The American Beverage Association since April 2010; Cott Corporation since March 2, 2009 and Constellation Brands, Inc. since May 1, 2010. He served as a Member of the Rank Group Plc Board of Directors from 1999 to 2001. He served as an Independent Director of Chesapeake Corporation (alternate name Canal Corporation) since April 2004. He served as a Director of Cott Beverages Ltd. from October 1, 2007 to September 1, 2008; Trader Media Group Ltd. (TMG) until May 2007 and Guardian Media Group Plc from April 4, 2005 to April 13, 2007. He is a National Winner of Retail and Consumer Products 2016 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award. Mr. Fowden holds B.Sc (Honours) in Food Science and Management Studies from the University of London.
