The individual managers are mostly competent. ELT could not care less about the employees, even top performers.
Paying the employees an actual living wage during inflation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Goals seem to set make people to make less money
Would be nice to be rewarded more for the amount of business we bring in.

They need an improved work life balance in order not to operate so thinned out, resulting in burnout and poor morale.
If you can be dropped all the time let go why you going to make effort you know its temp
Planning and completing updates/changes prior to release.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I used to really think that CC believed in people, but they've consistently shown that they don't.
Support for employees, from leadership and product, so we can in turn support our customer and set them up for success.
