They have a clear vision towards the future

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As my experience and skills have grown I have been provided salary increases in line with those achievements. I would like to earn more but I still believe I'm paid fairly for my level.
Ability to participate with the company's stock option plan.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are friends outside of work
They are collaborative and real. Team members are approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many of us work virtually. This has been a big benefit to me personally and we are learning how to improve our environment every day to fill the "virtual" culture gap.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the people and understanding what the company does in greater detail.
What makes you most happy at work?
solving a problem before anyone else and then sharing how I did it.
