All the usual ones. But found a few interesting differences. One of their senior managers told me that he was going to ask NO questions. Instead asked me to ask questions for the entire hour! I think he assessed me on the quality and depth of my questions, and my follow-up questions to his responses! Quite nerve-wracking. But really good experience.

Very good. Flexi-hours, as well as flexi-vacation time.

What's the interview process like at Continuum?
360-degree interviews. Many people in various roles meet you. Very thorough. They also give you an opportunity to get to know them. Process took 3-4 weeks. Very good feedback throughout the process.
