Everyone at Contour is dedicated to seeing its success.
The team at Contour is amazing. Each individual gives 110% every day.
Our team works as a unit. There are always meetings and discussions with open dialog to make sure that everyone is heard!
All team members step up when needed. Everyone is willing to help.
Everyone is fair and knowledgeable. Workloads are evenly distributed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a fast paced, demanding work environment, but what makes it different is that you are working for a purpose, so the work feels valuable.
The leadership, particularly the CEO, is always optimistic and upbeat.
Contour understands that everyone has a life outside of work, as long as you are getting your work done, it is never a problem to make sure you're not missing anything at home.
We are a family. We encourage everyone to succeed

What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were fair and applicable.
The interview questions were valid and applicable - not fluffy scripted questions. You get the impression that you are going to work for a very smart and talented team.
It wasn't a typical interview where you are asked a million questions and put on the spot, more of an open dialog conversation.
My interviewer kept it easy and used humor to help me relax. He made me feel like we were 2 buddies talking.

The people are amazing. Being part of a bigger picture is important. I don't feel like a paper pusher.
