Fantastic company with a great employee culture. Transparency from leadership is second to none and they truly make each and every employee feel like their an important part of the team. They also do a great job at recognizing and rewarding hard work and positive results.
Transparent communication from CEO to leadership team and whole company. Very clear 3 year and 1 year goals with clearly explained progress each quarter.
They're all approachable and are working together to achieve something important.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having reasonable expectations for how long things should take. Our execs are pushy and always in a hurry to move forward.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's decent compensation for company size.
Stock options are likely to be worth a lot, unlimited vacation time, free lunches most days, very good health insurance, 401k matching, overall a very strong benefits package comparable to other silicon valley tech startups

Compensation for meeting and exceeding sales performance is simply the best I've ever seen.
Well-rounded benefits package, good base & bonus, stock options, take what you need vacation, excellent health insurance that's paid for by the company, 401k really a good silicon valley tech company package
I'm paid fairly, but also have great benefits and a lot of flexibility in planning my day.

It's a competitive sales environment, but the culture of the entire team is based on teamwork.
No drama. Smart people who generally work well together even if we don't always agree on every detail.
The team in my office is quite young and a lot of fun to hang out with both at work and after work. No politics.

Relaxed, but fast pace makes it fun to come to work.
Foster City office has a very positive energy. People seem excited to be here.
It really feels like we're all actively working on the future. So there's a lot of passion around bringing exciting new technology to market. It also helps that that technology works and helps our customers be more successful.
