What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. Attention to the needs of the employees.
The ability to make things happen from a distance with no idea honestly if it'll work or not but having faith in there system and ability to manage people and their everyday life.
They're invested in making Convoso a great place to work, as well as providing cutting edge solutions to customer problems.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Office perks. Fully paid health insurance.
I don't really understand this question. I like getting paid. Getting paid is the best.

The ability to make things happen away from me and my work space to be ok for eveyone.
