The bottom line was at the expense of the employees and the patient. I would never send someone I know here because it is the fast food of physical therapy and major changes need to occur to make it a quality business for the patient and the clinician.
Unrealistic expectations affecting employees and patient care
The work is challenging and should have a much better health insurance and time off
Better communication and the need for a direct supervisor in order to restore fairness and equal distribution of tasks. The manager is not always on-site and the staff is left to decide among themselves the distribution of daily tasks, creating resentment and a passive-aggressive environment.
