I love how my direct manager advocates for me
My co workers are always flexible and help out when it is needed
The culture has always been good up until the point of changing to the new milage reimbursement system - it is negative now due to MOTUS
MOTUS MOTUS MOTUS - I am now PAYING MONEY in order to see some patients. I disagree with taking away adequate milage payment for the field nurses. I have always been flexible but now am unable to make HIGH NEED AND HARD TO FILL visits.
We recently switched from concur milage reimbursement to MOTUS - a much more complicated and LOWER rate of reimbursement that deducts pay for on call in addition to other ways (taxing vehicles etc). I AM VERY DISSATISFIED with this and feel as if my wages are being cut to make a bottom line
