What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees and support
Teaching and training. Each section I was trained at I was never instructed by a manager. I was taught by Spanish speaking coworkers who would point anf whistle. Nice people to work with but hard to learn from someone who can't teach you when you only speak English.
Managers running the store better! Constantly short staffed, nobody to work. And managers are lazy
Relax more. Managers too uptight. Hire better employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They expect more for the same pay no matter how long you work there
Because we would clock out at 7-7:30 on a daily bassis but someone keeps manipulating our time to being clocked out at 6. When we close the doors at 6
Better training for all staff. Such as, shadowing a few days before doing the position alone.
If I have to work 3 different positions I accept to be compensated for my work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Yes to get along with
Aside from management, the people. Typically they are helpful and fun to work with.
Our attitude to be present and produce the best catered food and making the customer happy to use us over and over
Very nice and friendly. Enjoy working with closing teams.
My co workers are supportive and we stick together because our manager makes our environment unworkable

They need better leadership abd more understanding people
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have high standards for food so peopme seem pleased every time i serve them
People help each other out when possible.

the manager gave you honest answers about the company, but unfortunately she is no longer there.

I would look for people that love what they would be doing and make sure they completely understand the job description
Instruct them that they will be worked in not the position they were hired for but 2 additional ones

When prep is done and restocked when closing crew comes in.
